Creations4You Anytime Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef or (Wild Game, Deer, Elk, Moose)
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Creations4You Garlic Balsamic
In medium mixing bowl. Add ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Garlic Balsamic. Mix together till blended evenly. Make walnut sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet spacing them an inch apart. Bake at 425' for
12 - 15 minutes or until done.
Use in; a sandwich, pasta, by themselves, or soup etc.
Garlic Lovers Meatloaf
3lbs Ground Beef or substitute for Deer, Elk, or other wild Game
1lbs Ground Pork
3 Large Eggs
2 garlic cloves, finely diced
1 Medium Chopped Onion
2 Tbs. each Marjoram, Thyme, and Whole Fennel Seeds
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup Milk
5 Tbs. Creations4You Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
1.Add beef and pork to large bowl and mix well set aside
2.Grind Marjoram, Thyme, and Whole fennel to desired fineness
3.Thoroughly mix all remaining ingredients EXCEPT Roasted Garlic Oil together with beef and pork in a large bowl.
4.add the spices you just ground into meat mixture until mixed well.
5.Form meat into a “bread shaped loaf” shape and place in an electric fry pan lightly greased with 2 Tbs. of Roasted Garlic oil. I like to use an electric fry pan because I can add vegetables and cook in the same pan as we will here in a little while
6.Press a 1” wide” channel into the top of the loaf and drizzle remaining oil into it.
7.Cover and cook at 250 degrees for 2 ½ to 3 hours.
After about one hour, around the pan add quartered baby red potatoes, enough to cover the remaining pan space, re-cover pan and cook for the remainder of the time.
( if you have to many you can always use for camp potatoes in the morning with your eggs)
Serve with a tossed green salad and your favorite Creations4You Balsamic or Olive Oil for dressing.
Finish Any Steak Grill, Bake, Fry your favorite steak the way you like and then add this to it!
5 mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/3 cup sliced yellow pepper
1/4 cup Creations4You Garlic Balsamic (Shake Well)
In foil on grill or in medium fry pan add all ingredients. Saute till crispy or soft. When you have turned your teak for the last time and it has about 15 - 30 seconds left add juice from veggies. When put on plate add veggies.Wonderful with pasta, rice, or potatoes.

Red Meat Marinade
This is good on most red meat. Inject it into a roast or prime rib
Mild
1/4 cup Traditional Balsamic
1 Tbs and 1 tsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbs and 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Hot
1/4 cup and 2Tbs Tradition Balsamic
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
2 Tbp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Hotbanero Olive Oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
brush on meat or inject into before cooking.
