GrapeFruit Chicken
2 lg grapefruit (red or pink)
1/2 c cranberry whole or sauce
1 tbs Creations4You Holiday honey or pure honey
1 tbs Creations4You White Balsamic
1/4 ground cloves
1/4 salt
3 tbs Creations4You garlic oil, olive oil, or butter
1 chicken about 3 1/2 lbs
celery leaf for garnish
preheat oven to 350 peel an section grapefruit over bowl to catch juice
drain juice into small sauce pan
add cranberry, honey, balsamic, cloves & salt Bring to boil over med
heat to create sauce, remove from heat and add grapefruit sections.
Add oil to fry pan and brown chicken
Move chicken to casserole dish and brush occasionally about 45 minutes
or until chicken is done, Remove chicken to serving platter pour remaining
sauce and serve
Chicken Cacciatore
Ingredients:
1 Tbs Creations 4 You Roasted Garlic Oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 onion sliced 1/4 "
4 chicken breasts
2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 bay leaf
1 Tbs Creations 4 You Honey Balsamic
1/4 cup white wine
hot cooked rice or pasta
In large skillet; add oil, garlic, and onions cook till onions are tender Remove onions Add chicken and brown in oil ( may need a little more oil) for 15 minutes add onions and all other ingredients except balsamic and wine. cover and cook for 30 minutes add balsamic and wine; simmer for 15 minutes uncover and serve sauce over rice or pasta.
Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Creations 4 You Fresh Lemon Oil
2/3 cup finely chopped fresh basil
1/8 cup honey
2 Tbs Creations 4 You Golden White Balsamic
1 tsp ground pepper
4 minced gloves of garlic
4 (6 oz) chicken halved breasts (option salt chicken breast)
2 sweet red peppers cut in 2" pieces
2 sweet yellow peppers cut in 2" pieces
In gallon plastic zip lock type bag add;
Fresh Lemon Oil
basil
honey
Golden White Balsamic
pepper
garlic
Work together till all smooth.
Add chicken and peppers
Seal bag, and shake till all coated. Marinate for 3 hours and shake and still bag occasionally.
Grill chicken, Put peppers on foil till crispy but tender.
You can bake it in the oven.
Brush the chicken and peppers while cooking.
The rest of the marinate is good served over rice or orzo.
Italian Basil Chicken (Creations4You Italian Basil Oil)
( can serve with rice below even though there is Hotbanero in this it is not spicy.)
Ingredients:
1 sliced onion
2 tbs. bell pepper
6 fresh mushrooms
1 minced garlic clove
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbs. Creations4You Fresh Lemon Oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. Creations4You Hotbanero Oil
1 tsp. Creations4You Italian Basil Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 6 oz. jars artichoke hearts in water drained
6 de-boned skinned chicken breasts or 12 skinned thighs with bone
In large fry pan add a little olive oil and lightly brown. Take chicken out and put in a 9X13 casserole dish
1 tbs Creations4You Roasted Garlic olive oil
1 sliced onion
2 tbs bell pepper
6 fresh mushrooms
1 minced garlic clove
Add 5 items above to frying pan and saute. When veggies are half done add
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs Fresh Lemon Oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp Hotbanero Oil
1/2 tsp parsley
2 6 oz jars artichoke hearts in water drained
Stir in well with veggies.
Top chicken with sauteed veggies and spices.
Add
1 - 2 cups white wine
Pour wine over chicken and veggies.
Bake at 350' for 45 - 60 minutes
Rice
2 cups liquid ( make a combination of broth and water ) Put in medium sauce pan
add
1/8 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp paprika
1/3 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/8 tsp Hotbanero Olive Oil
1 tsp Fresh Italian Olive Oil
stir
add rice following direction on rice for 2 cups of liquid, simmer according to directions
When both finished serve juice and veggies from chicken over rice.
Turkey Burger
1 lb ground Turkey
1/2 cup Creations4You Italian Bread Crumbs ( see recipe book for recipe)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well.Put walnut sized meatballs on cooking sheet about 1 inch apartBake at 400' about 15 minutes.
