Baked Butternut Squash
Ingredients:
1 medium to large Butternut Squash
1/3 cup of Pure Maple Syrup
Creations4You Fig Balsamic
Wash squash and split in half length wise. Clean out center with seeds. Put both half's in a bake dish ( like 9 x 13 or 7 x 11 depending on size of squash). Put a little water in each whole in squash. Cover with foil. Bake at 375' till done ( soft ). Mine are about 2 hours.
When soft remove from oven and remove foil. Scoop soft squash and put into a medium mixing bowl. Mash till smooth. Add maple syrup and stir in till smooth
When served drizzle lightly Fig Balsamic over squash. Start lightly.......... if you want more drizzle a little more.
Stuffed Mushrooms (substitutions below)
1 cup of smoked salmon, or you may substitute for one or all of these (cooked crab, shrimp, or scallops.)
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
3/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 rounded tlb finely chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp spoon Worcester sauce
1 1/2 tsp Creations4You Sweet White Pear Balsamic
1 tsp Creations4You Fresh Lemon Olive Oil
Mushrooms
I prefer Baby Bella's or large Portable mushrooms.
In medium mixing bowl add first 6 ingredients.
In small mixing bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, cream, Worcester sauce, Sweet Pear, and Fresh Lemon oil. Mix together. Add to medium mixing bowl and stir till well mixed.
Stem mushrooms. Put mushrooms stem side up on cookie sheet and leave space between each mushroom. Fill with stuffing. This is enough for 4 large mushrooms.
Bake at 350' for 30 minutes for small mushrooms and 35 minutes for large mushrooms
Caramelized Veggies
Ingredients:
1 tsp Creations 4 You Garlic Oil
1 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup of yellow peppers
1/2 cup of mushrooms
1 Tbs Creations 4 You Honey Balsamic
1/4 tsp Creations 4 You Truffle Oil
Add Garlic Oil to medium frying pan. Add vegetables and sauté till about 1/3 done. Add Honey Balsamic
and Truffle Oil finish sautéing.
Can sauté till done or leave tender crispy.
If you want them partly glazed. Add 1 tsp of honey with the balsamic
Pomegranate & Fresh Beets
wash and cut off top and root of beet. do not peal. slice fresh small golden beets in 3/8 of an inch slices. add olive oil to fry pan and saute till tender. Put on plate and drizzle Pomegranate Balsamic over and serve.
